Do all necessary set-up side work as assigned.
Answer any guest questions about the menu.
Verify identification and age requirements of customers Mix traditional and creative cocktails Process payment from customers Clean glasses and bar utensils Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences Record and balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposits Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere What we're looking for: Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Safe food handling and Smart Serve certificates required.
Ability to communicate in English.
Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
Must be willing to "pitch-in" and help co- workers with their job duties and be a team player.
Ability to effectively deal with guest and employee concerns in a friendly and positive manner.
Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.
General knowledge of food and food preparation techniques.
