Established in 2014 by Chef Nicholas Stefanelli & Paul Jeon, Creative Food Group takes our guests through culinary experiences from the fine dining critically acclaimed Masseria to culinary collective Officina, and soon to the new luxury hotel The Morrow in Washington's vibrant Union Market neighborhood, a part of the DC Curio Collection by Hilton.

Required Qualifications:

*21 years or older

*Minimum of 2+ years of experience working in high-end bar

Preferred Qualifications:

*High School Diploma or equivalent

*Bartending certification

*Maintain a positive and professional attitude with the team(s)

*Contribute to weekly staff education meetings

*Strive to present the best products

Key Responsibilities:

*Selling and serving food and beverages to guest at the bar

*Mix beverages in a fast paced work environment

*Clean glasses and bar utensils

*Be accountable for bar cash drawer and paperwork at the end of shift

*Communicate wine, liquor, and beer knowledge based on guests preferences/requests

*Greet guests warmly, making eye contact

*Provide guests with a premier dining experience

*Successfully work as a team player

*Be accountable of bar by restocking, organizing, and maintaining cleanliness

*Build a loyal guest base following

Physical requirements:

*Ability to stand for long periods (8 hours or more)

*All employees are to maintain a neat and well-groomed appearance (specifics will be provided)
