Eaton's FFD Fluid Filtration Division division is currently seeking a Basket Fabrication- Production Welder.The hourly rate for this position is $19 per hour. The first shift hours are as follows; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. It's where bold, bright professionals like you can reach your full potential—and where you can help us reach ours.Qualifications:Experience:• Previous metal fabrication experience preferred• High School Diploma / GED required.Skills:Applicant must be able to do the following:Read and interpret prints, charts, work orders and other documents used in the manufacture of strainer basketsAccurately use measurement and cutting equipment such as tape measures calipers, hand shears, table shear, drill press, cut off tools, grinders, engraver and inductive spot welding machinesUse roll forming equipment and perform simple assembly of metal componentsMeet quality and productivity objectives and targets for departmentAssist with cycle counting of inventory and annual physical inventory as neededAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbsFollow all established job proceduresAdhere to Eaton, Safety, Environmental and Ethical policies and proceduresWork with limited supervisionWill rotate shifts and work overtime as requiredCandidate must be a team player and willing to perform other tasks as requiredThis is a smoke free facility Computer / software skills a plus#LI-SB2We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for all job applicants and employees.
