We're looking for people who care about people.As an BCaBA -Behavior Therapist for Special Education School at Elim, you'll be required to:
Oversee all behavior programming on their designated caseload Provide individual and group RBT supervision as outlined by the BACB Conduct informal and formal behavior assessments of all students on caseload, frequently monitor behavior of students throughout school day, and collaborate with IEP team to create positive behavior change.
Respond to crisis situations related to student behavior and utilize appropriate crisis management procedures to assure safety of staff and students Consult with parents and/or in-home support team and provide appropriate resources based on individual student need Assist classrooms and related service providers with the implementation of scheduled program activities as needed for behavior prevention and response throughout the school day and on community experiences as needed It's fulfilling work that makes an immediate difference in lives.

Includes a 6 week extended school year
