Our hiring process consists of a screening phone call, a virtual or an in-person interview, and the completion of our onboarding documents.*BCaBA Job Description/Responsibilities *The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:* Assist or conduct FAI, Vineland, ABLLS, AFLS, VBMAPP, and Preference Assessments with clients.* Collaborate with BCBAs when designing function driven behavior plans* Run skill acquisition and problem behavior reduction programs in a one-to-one therapy setting as outlined by BCBA, in the client's homes, schools, and out in the community, as needed.* Identify client's needs and address concerns voiced by caregivers and/or client.* Measure performance of client using daily data collection system and anecdotal notes.* Adhere to ethical and legal standards of the BACB.* Maintain all professional certifications and documents up-to-date & on-file to be in good standing with BSP.* Provide top-quality supervision of cases and technicians under the direction of the assigned BCBA supervisor* Provide feedback to Behavior Technicians through the training process, team meetings, data review, etc.* Report regularly to supervisors on patient progress and/or concerns* Provides ongoing training to caregivers.* Attend all required and/or appropriate meetings.* Follows all conduct guidelines and disciplinary standards as described by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.* Accepts all other responsibilities as assigned*Minimum Qualifications for both BCBA and BCaBA (Requirements, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)** Minimal of a bachelor's degree (BCaBA) or master's degree (BCBA).* Must have active BCaBA or BCBA certification and be in good standing with BACB.* Be legally able to work in the United States.* 2 years of prior experience in a therapeutic setting (preferred).* Knowledge of basic computing skills.* Must have time management skills and can work independently.* Reliable transportation and willing to travel (20-30 miles).* Attend BSP events including meetings, training, etc._\**Please Note:* Rates are based on an approx. of 30 hours per week.
