\n What is the BCBA Reach FellowshipOption 1: An 18-month paid relocation adventure to Omaha or Lincoln, Nebraska with loyalty bonus opportunities of $5,000 at 12 months; $10,000 at 24 months and $15,000 at 36 months of employment at any one of our Nebraska clinics.Option 2: A permanent relocation to Omaha or Lincoln, Nebraska inclusive of a comprehensive relocation reimbursement package.Upon completion of the 18-month assignment, you may decide to 1.) stay to earn additional loyalty bonuses or 2.) transfer to any other state that Bloomwell operates.This opportunity is excellent for newly minted BCBAs looking for a new adventure or a tenured Clinical Director seeking to spread their knowledge. $30,000 total in accrued bonuses in addition to a competitive salary and performance bonus opportunity.You will collaborate with a team of 4-7 other BCBAs at your assigned clinic, giving you access to extensive clinical knowledge and cooperative support.Higher compensation that will continue to follow you from your Residency market back to our other regions options based on your reference. What You Need to HaveMaster's Degree and ABA coursework approved by BACB. Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or within 3 months of taking the Boards.State license, as required. Experience working with children with autism and related disorders.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.A passion for building, growth and innovation. How You Will Nurture Your Patients and TeammatesConduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and implement individualized treatment plans for all patients on your caseload.Supervise, provide feedback and ensure adherence to Bloomwell's clinical quality standards for RBTs and any other support staff involved with patients at clinic.Monitor and analyze patient data to adjust treatment plans and optimize patient progress. Partner with caregivers to increase engagement and ensure they understand and implement ABA strategies at home.
