Role and Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities Oversight of clinical programming for a caseload of clients Support, training, and supervision of RBTs assigned Completion of initial and ongoing assessments for clients and potential clients Data analysis and treatment adjustment for clients on caseload Implementation of ongoing caregiver support Secondary Responsibilities Development of training platforms Development of clinical staff feedback systems Oversight of clinical documentation quality Qualifications and Education Requirements Master's degree in applied behavior analysis or related field Board Certified Behavior Analyst Licensure in the state of Michigan as a Behavior Analyst Preferred Skills Management of employees and RBTs Strong interpersonal skills Additional Notes
