Responsibilities
• Promptly acknowledging and warmly greeting each guest entering the store• Offering friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous service prioritizing guest needs• Determining each guest's needs, answering questions, and recommending products/services• Informing guests of promotions and booking appointments for in-store events• Courteously handling sales, refunds, and exchanges• Ensuring store cleanliness and executing resets and planograms• Setting up advertising displays and merchandising products to company standards• Assisting with inventory preparation, execution, and follow-up• Receiving shipment truck and maintaining awareness to prevent theft• Staying informed about products to better serve guests
Requirements
• High school diploma preferred• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred• Passion for superior guest service and building strong guest relationships• Competency with sales and troubleshooting• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team• Ability to stand, bend, and lift 50 pounds of merchandise for a full-scheduled shift
