Responsibilities
• Promptly acknowledge and greet each guest entering the store• Offer friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous service• Determine each guest's needs and answer questions about products and services• Recommend additional products and services based on guest interests• Inform guests of current promotions, events, and services• Serve multiple guests while maintaining composure during busy times• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges• Ensure store resets and planograms are executed properly• Set up advertising displays and merchandise to highlight sales• Replenish products throughout the day and maintain store cleanliness
Requirements
• High school diploma preferred• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination• Passion for superior guest service• Sales and troubleshooting competency• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Ability to stand, bend, and lift 50 pounds of merchandise
