About Us

3M Dance Studio Where Jesus Is Lord is a small business in the BEAUTY_WELLNESS sector located in Temple Hills, MD. We are professional and agile, and our goal is to provide a Before & After School Program that offers a wide variety of activities for children to build new skills and healthy habits. Each day, we support learning through active play with a focus on character development, physical activity, and fun. Students will receive help with homework, snacks, group games, and more during the week.

We are seeking a

Before and After School Director

to become a part of our team! You will be responsible for planning and organizing all daily activities for the children. You will also supervise and coordinate staff and programs.

Responsibilities:

Develop and plan activities that incorporate program goals into the daily routine

Maintain open communication with kids, parents, and staff

Ensure a safe environment for participants

Maintain a positive attitude towards co-workers, kids, and parents

Qualifications:

Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent

90 hours of Early Childhood Development

Two years of experience working with elementary school-aged children

Self-starter who can perform the job with little supervision

Ability to communicate verbally and in writing

Must be honest, in good health, accurate, have a neat appearance, and a courteous manner

Part-time

Pay:

$18.63 - $19.84 per hour

Expected Hours:

20 per week

Schedule:

4-hour shift

Day shift

Monday to Friday

No nights

No weekends

Experience:

Teaching: 1 year (Required)
