What would this role do? The Behavior Interventionist plays a critical role in implementing behavioral health treatments for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Through strategic programs and initiatives, this position will assist families seeking support with Autism and other related developmental disabilities by providing behavioral health treatment in-home, at a support center or in a community. This position is responsible for making meaningful change in the Client and families' life.

Competitive compensation: $20.00-$23.00/hourlyWork Schedule: Monday-Friday between the hours of 2:00pm – 8:00pmWe aim to match you with clients near your homeStudent loan repayment assistance for eligible rolesBonus program(s) for eligible rolesCareer development and advancement opportunitiesGreat and fun company cultureExpansive Health, Vision, and Dental plans for our full-time partners401(K) retirement savings programMileage and phone reimbursementAnd so much more!Role Responsibilities (Here's what it takes) Provide 1:1 care directly with Clients during scheduled sessions under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).Implement established behavioral treatment plans based on the science of applied behavior analysis (ABA) across skill levels, moderate to severe problem behaviors, and service delivery settings.Ensure that 100% of the scheduled direct services are provided without any scheduling interruptions.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, interventions, and outcomes.Collect data related to Client's progress during treatment sessions.Incorporate activities and games that are developmentally appropriate and engaging for the client in alignment with the treatment plan.Promote Client engagement to build their strengths in a natural and enjoyable manner.Consult with the case Supervisor on treatment plans, Client updates, and intervention strategies.Receive and utilize ongoing training, guidance, and support.Follow program procedures, administrative tasks, direct therapy skills, and other duties that are in line with our compliance requirements.Maintain reliable communication to record scheduled appointments and return phone calls within 24 hours.Ensure that the company's "zero tolerance policy" is understood, implemented, and reinforced in the region.Complete all duties, tasks, and/or special projects assigned by leaders and/or the business.Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities.Provide make-up hours as an alternate care team member.Maintain eligible transportation and current liability insurance (if applicable).Must Haves (Yes, we have needs!) Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience working with individuals; may include internships, volunteer work, or employment in related fields such as education or childcare.High School Diploma or GED (minimum)Reliable TransportationSuccessfully complete Live Scan background check, employment verification, and TB screeningBe able to lift up to 30lbs while assisting consumersMust be able to run, bend, sit, and stand for long periods at a timeNice to haves (Very demure, very mindful) Empathy and compassion towards the families we supportMaintain professional demeanor, boundaries, and composureDemonstrate effective communication, and show ability to implement existing behavioral plansAbility to connect with clients and families by adapting to their specific needsWork in both indoor and outdoor settings as they relate to the patient's natural environment, which may include being outdoors in a variety of weather conditions (e.g., community skills, recess in a school setting, etc.)360 Behavioral Health is an equal opportunity employer.
