What would this role do? The Behavior Interventionist plays a critical role in implementing behavioral health treatments for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. This position is responsible for making meaningful change in the Client and families' life.
Role Responsibilities Provide 1:1 care directly with Clients during scheduled sessions under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).Implement established behavioral treatment plans based on the science of applied behavior analysis (ABA).Ensure that 100% of the scheduled direct services are provided without any scheduling interruptions.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, interventions, and outcomes.Collect data related to Client's progress during treatment sessions.Incorporate activities and games that are developmentally appropriate and engaging for the client.Consulting with case Supervisor on treatment plans, Client updates, and intervention strategies.Follow program procedures, administrative tasks, direct therapy skills, and other duties that are in line with our compliance requirements.Maintaining reliable communication to record scheduled appointments and return phone calls within 24 hours.Ensuring that the company's "zero tolerance policy" is understood and implemented.Participating in team meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities.Maintaining eligible transportation and current liability insurance (if applicable).Must Haves Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience working with individuals.Bilingual Spanish a must.Reliable TransportationSuccessfully complete Live Scan background check, employment verification and TB screening.Be able to lift up to 30lbs. while assisting consumers.Must be able to run, bend, sit, stand for long periods at a time.Nice to haves Empathy and compassion towards the families we support.Maintains professional demeanor, boundaries, and composure.Demonstrates effective communication.Ability to connect with clients and families by adapting to their specific needs.Work in both indoor and outdoor settings as they relate to the patient's natural environment.What we offer Competitive compensation: $21.00-$23.00/hourlyMonday-Friday the hours of 2:00pm – 8:00pmMust be open to the cities of Niland, Brawley, Calipatria.Student loan repayment assistance for eligible roles.Bonus program(s) for eligible roles.Career development and advancement opportunities.Great and fun company culture.Expansive Health, Vision, and Dental plans for our full-time partners.401(K) retirement savings program.Mileage and phone reimbursement.360 Behavioral Health is an equal opportunity employer.
