\n Behavior Technician Responsibilities & Requirements:High School Diploma RequiredPrevious experience working with children RequiredReliable Personal Transportation RequiredTravel between client's home and/or community setting RequiredExcellent interpersonal communication skills with families and teammatesImplement programs based on ABA principles to increase communication, self-help, social, and play skillsMaintain accurate documentation of client progress.Manage challenging behaviors that occur.Work involves playing with children including but not limited to walking, running, standing, sitting, kneeling, and carrying up to 25 lbs in settings such as a home floor.Diligently attending to the safety of the patient and surroundings is required.
