RCS is looking for Behavior Technicians to join us in providing the highest quality of individualized, educational services to students 0 – 22 diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other Developmental Disabilities.

Your responsibilities as a Behavior Technician:




Travel to client locations throughout the community to provide ABA services.
These locations can include client homes, daycares, school districts, Early Intervention centers, and camps.


Implementing acquisition and behavior programs


Data collection


Graphing


Working collaboratively with other providers (EI, PT, OT, SLP) and families




The right candidates will:




Enjoy working with children


Have a Bachelor's Degree, candidates with Associate's will be considered


Have an interest in or experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, human services, or a related field


Experience working as a babysitter, nanny, paraprofessional, tutor, camp counselor, or coach


Be able to submit a transcript
