*\*This role requires the individual to be a licensed mental health counselor (LCSW, LPC, LMHC, etc.,)*The Clinical Supervisor plays a crucial role in the organization's Behavioral Heath Respite Provider (BHRP) team, responsible for overseeing and guiding the clinical activities within the designated department. Reporting to the Director of Behavioral Health Respite Services, this position requires a professional with strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to ensuring high-quality client care.Clinical supervisors promote the successful implementation of this program through evaluation and assessment. Offering opportunities for the development of behavioral health respite skillsets and approaches. Making recommendations for and participating in the development of training and education that increases these successes.
