Our methods draw from the principles of the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), a play-based form of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to high standards of care.
Deliver therapy in both English and Spanish to support our diverse client base.
Implement intervention plans crafted by our expert BCBAs, ensuring alignment with Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy principles.
Provide bilingual support during family meetings, communicating in both English and Spanish.
Foster relationships with families, keeping them informed about their child's progress within the ABA framework.
Engage in ongoing training and development, staying updated with advancements in ABA therapy and RBT certification.
Qualifications:

Proficiency in both English and Spanish (Proficiency Test required for additional pay increase).
Strong preference for either enrollment in or completion of a degree program.
Bonus for degrees in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields
Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification (Soar will provide paid training)
Previous experience with children and enjoyment working with children
Must have reliable transportation to both training location and local center.
Punctuality is essential

Must be able to meet the following physical requirements: sit and stand frequently, shift positions quickly, lift up to 50 lbs., sit/kneel on the floor for extended periods of time, sit in a chair, stand, walk, and occasionally run short distances to catch up with a client

Ability to work on a team
