*Part-Time Behavioral Therapist - North Attleboro, MA *Competitive pay at $20-$25 per hour based on experience*The hours you would work with the client:*Client 1 (Female RTB Needed): Client's availability: Tuesday and Thursday after 5:00pm *(sessions anticipated to be 2-3 hours long)*Client 2: Client's availability: Monday-Friday after 2:45pm & weekends after 11:30am (Same BT for weekdays & weekends) *(sessions anticipated to be 2-3 hours long) **What makes us different from other companies:*We are a unique company guided by a parent whose journey with ABA began a decade ago when her youngest daughter was diagnosed with autism combined with the expertise of a BCBA with over 20 years of experience. Despite our growth, our core values remain unwavering, centered around our company culture of providing exceptional clinical care.*Behavioral Therapist Responsibilities:** Conduct and implement 1:1 behavior support and ABA treatment as determined in the client's treatment plan* Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions* Work collaboratively with a BCBA supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy* Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and clinical supervisors*Behavioral Therapist Requirements:** High school degree or working towards a degree in a related field (Psychology, Education, and/or Sociology)* Prior experience in ABA therapy and/or working with special needs children is preferred* Must be able to pass a CORI background check* Must have reliable transportation* Must be punctual, communicative, and reliable* Must have an active RBT certification or complete the free online 40 hour training course prior to starting and take the exam within 1 month of employmentCheck out https://www.abahelps.com/careers/behavior-technicianfor opportunities in other locations!Job Type: Part-timePay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:* Professional development assistance* Referral programSchedule:* After schoolWork Location: In person
