Responsibilities
• Provide porter and valet services to hotel guests• Promptly and courteously respond to guest requests• Ensure guest satisfaction and comfort• Assist with luggage and transportation needs• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of hotel entrance and lobby area• Assist with parking and retrieval of guest vehicles• Maintain knowledge of hotel facilities and services to provide information to guests• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner• Monitor and maintain the safety and security of guest vehicles• Assist with other guest services as needed
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to lift heavy items and work in a physically demanding environment• Knowledge of hotel facilities and services• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask• Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record• Availability to work weekends and holidays• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
