Bench Hotel Front Office Manager

Job Description This position is 100% Travel Task Force. 8 to 12 Week Rotations. We pay for all Travel, Lodging and 2 Meals Per Day. Pay is $30 to $35 Per Hour Plus Overtime. It is a bench position for us and is on and off rotations.

The Front Office Manager is responsible for all duties of the front desk operation which includes: staff training, inter-department communications, and staff scheduling.

Duties include:

Responsible for short and long term planning and the management of the hotel's Front Office operations
May work some Desk Shifts
Develop and recommend the budget, labor cost plans and objectives and manages within those approved plans
Maintain guest room inventory
Coach and counsel employees to reflect Standards and Procedures
Perform all tasks of a Front Office Staff as needed to facilitate service
Ensure all operations and cash handling are done per policies and procedures
Maintain excellent communication with the housekeeping department

Qualifications

2 Years Hotel Front Office Manager Experience
Must know either Fosse, OnQ, Lightspeed, Opera or Marsha/FSPMS.
Extensive Travel Required.
