The Sr. Director of Finance oversees Financial Planning, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Multi-Year Modeling.

REQUIRED RESPONSIBILITIES

Specific activities may change from time to time.
Maintains and updates financial reporting.
Partners with business leaders and Executive & Sales leadership to drive positive business results.
Conducts analyses around P&L results, business metrics, and performance.
Prepares forecasts and analyzes trends in sales, finance, general business conditions, and other related area.
Owns multi-year projections and modeling for specific lines of business.
Provides assistance to departments in the formulation of their budgets, reviews expenses against budgets, and issues monthly variance statements.
Assists in the development of business policies and performance measures.
Owns M&A modeling, analysis, support, and pipeline activity.
Conducts special financial and business-related studies as required.
Actively participates in meetings, providing input to contribute to the overall success in achieving departmental goals.
Occasional long, irregular hours.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent and a minimum of ten (10) years job-related experience with five (5) years in a management position.
Must have advanced Excel skills.
Broad knowledge of financial concepts, procedures, and practices.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Communicate with all levels of internal personnel, both verbally and in writing.
Read, comprehend, interpret, and analyze moderately complex financial and business documents.
Work under absolute deadlines.
Develop and maintain good working relationships.
Work in and contribute to a positive team environment.
Manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Knowledge of financial systems such as Essbase, Workday, Adaptive Planning and Salesforce is preferred.
