Responsibilities
Assure that all ethical and legal compliance regulations are being followed when helping clients with their insurance needsMonitor personal performance and ensure you are meeting personal targetsExamine current company policies, make suggestions for improvements and implement new policies for clients when necessaryHire, train, develop, and manage life insurance agents with great potential so they become high-performers to gain new clients and maximize sales. Qualifications
1+ year of experience in a supervisory position (Preferred, not required)Excellent management, leadership, interpersonal skills, and communication skillsLife insurance license, or be willing to obtain oneValid driver's license Compensation $75,000 - $120,000 yearly first year
