The Benefits Specialist will be a key contributor in Entrata's Total Rewards team. As part of our Benefits team, you will be assisting in the development, maintenance, and administration of various benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short and long-term disability, and leave and accommodation requests. Effective communication will be a key skill to ensure an exceptional experience for each of our team members. \n Responsibilities Ensure the accuracy of enrollment data in the HRIS.Assist with the open enrollment process.Assist in reconciliations and quality checks of benefits-related data.Effectively assist our team members with inquiries about all things benefits-related.Process and administer leave-of-absence requests and disability paperwork, including accommodation administration process from the employee's initial notice of the need for leave to the return to work.Provide reasonable communication with employees and their managers to facilitate a smooth leave or accommodation process from start to finish, including the recertification of accommodations.Assist in the ongoing evaluation of our benefits programs and provide input on how they can be improved.Stay current on compliance with local and state laws. Minimum Qualifications1-2 years of benefits-related experienceKnowledge of the leave requirements and other legal protections afforded by the FMLA, ADA, and other applicable lawsExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal)Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and self-audit skillsProficient with Gmail & Google Drive documentsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar softwareAbility to manage and execute on assignments with competing priorities2 days per week in our Lehi HQ
