Description
STV is in search of a Bentley Systems BIM Lead to spearhead our efforts in establishing and implementing industry best practices around Building Information Modeling (BIM) utilizing Bentley Systems Software.
The candidate will be deeply involved in both internal and external engagements, focusing on Bentley's ProjectWise, OpenBuildings, OpenRoads, and other Connect Edition software.
Responsibilities Lead and coordinate Bentley Systems BIM initiatives from a corporate perspective.
Develop and implement best practices and standards related to BIM, utilizing Bentley Systems Software.
Advise clients on BIM strategy and Bentley Systems product capabilities, including ProjectWise, OpenBuildings, OpenRoads, and other Connect Edition software.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including the digital advisory services, to deliver high-quality solutions.
Establish and maintain relationships with Bentley Systems and other technology vendors.
Facilitate training and development activities centered on Bentley BIM technologies.
Evaluate and integrate Bentley Systems software into existing workflows, ensuring compatibility and optimization.
Create and maintain documentation, user manuals, and standard operating procedures.
Analyze current Bentley application usage and plan for growth or increases in software licensing and network capacity.
Utilize data analytics to drive better decision-making processes and to offer valuable insights to both internal and external stakeholders.
Test new releases of Bentley software Identify more efficient methods of performing daily tasks.
Generate written technology evaluations for future software adoption.
Required Experience Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AEC) discipline, or equivalent technical training and related experience.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM coordination and management.
Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Bentley Systems products like ProjectWise, Synchro 4D, OpenBuildings, OpenRoads, and other Connect Edition software.
Demonstrated experience in large-scale commercial, transportation, and infrastructure projects.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong leadership qualities and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications Bentley Systems certified professionals are highly preferred.
Experience with Agile methodologies in project or product management.
Proven ability in business development and proposal writing.
Experience with Digital Twin Technology, iTwin platform, and Asset Information Management systems.
Knowledge of data governance and technology planning.
Proficiency in additional BIM software such as Autodesk Products.
Experience with data analytics and visualization tools, such as Power BI or similar.

Compensation Range:
$108,686.00 - $145,739.00
