Job Type Part-timeDescriptionJob Purpose:The beverage cart attendant will maintain day to day food and beverage operations at his/her specific facility and work cooperatively with other departments.
The position will promote an exceptional "golf experience" and provide excellent services and programs to all our customers.Duties:Maintain effective working relationships with other employees, management, and all members of the publicAdherence to the established policies and procedures of the MGASAPick up and fill the beverage cart with ice at the beginning of shiftUse the beverage cart check out sheet to stock and restock the beverage cart Verify beverage cart stock with a supervisor and obtain a $50 change bank for the shiftMeet, greet, and welcome prospective customers Initiate and implement safety regulations and proceduresMaintain clean, neat, orderly, and sanitized beverage cart storage areas Store food consistently using safe and sanitary food handling proceduresReturn unused food and beverage product to the proper storage areasMention promotions and specials, answer questions, and suggest menu itemsVerify accuracy of prices, state and federal taxes, tips, and other charges Adherence to cash and system controls to ensure the safekeeping of assets and inventoryPerform clean up, closing, and paperwork duties as assignedMaintain daily inventory and records for orderingMaintain compliance with TABC Seller/Server guidelinesClean and return the beverage cart to the cart barnAdvise supervisor of any feedback as soon as it occursOther duties as assignedRequirementsSkills/Qualifications:Must have a valid state issued Driver's LicenseEmployer paid TABC/Texas Food Handler Certification within 2 weeks of employment.Ability to work with others (Teamwork)Available to work varied shifts to include weekends and holidaysAbility to drive a golf carExcellent customer service skillsAbility to multitaskPositive attitudeGolf knowledge preferred, but not requiredSalary Description 7.25 per hour plus tips
