Seeking a Bi-lingual Receptionist/Accounting Clerk for a full service distributor of building maintenance products.
Starting pay $20.00 - $23.00/hr. DOE

Responsibilities: Customer service
Greet customers and visitors, direct them to the right person, and take payments Clerical tasks
Answer phones, file paperwork, schedule appointments, and perform other clerical duties Accounting-related duties
Data Entry, Process payments, post payments to accounting software, and assist with accounting tasks like accounts payable and accounts receivable and general ledger entries Other duties
Maintain lobby displays, ensure a secure lobby, type reports and correspondence, assist with other departments and work areas as needed, and provide department workflow support Qualifications/Requirements:
High school degree, Associates preferred or specialized training: Bookkeeping courses. 3+ years of receptionist and accounting/bookkeeping experience.
Bi-lingual - English/Spanish Skills:
MS Office
Data entry
Accounting (payables, receivables, general ledger, billing) software
Spreadsheet software
Ability to use the Internet and e-mail
