Position Description: Bi-Lingual (Spanish/English) Outside Sales Representative
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and nurturing connections with potential referring businesses.
Your primary focus will be on building partnerships with law firms, insurance companies, rehabilitation centers, and other businesses that can refer clients in need of our medical services.
This position requires a deep understanding of personal injury care and a strategic approach to relationship building.
Key Responsibilities: Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential referring businesses that may benefit from our medical services.Develop and execute a plan to build a network of business contacts within the legal and insurance industries. Business Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners, law firms, and insurance companies.Collaborate with legal and insurance professionals to ensure the seamless referral of personal injury patients to our practice. Product Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of our medical services and the benefits they offer to personal injury and private insurance patients.Proficient ability to articulate the value of our practice's services in a compelling manner. Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive presentations and educational sessions to potential partners, highlighting the expertise and capabilities of our medical practice.Address questions, concerns, and objections to ensure partner confidence. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate partnership agreements, referral contracts, and service agreements in accordance with company guidelines and legal regulations. Market and Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitive offerings to maintain a competitive edge. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including meetings, proposals, and communications.Generate regular sales reports and updates for supervisors. Qualifications: Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in a healthcare or medical services environment.Knowledge of personal injury care and related medical services for 3 years or longer.Strong networks and relationships within the legal, insurance, or healthcare sectors are a plus.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Self-driven, motivated, and capable of working independently.Ability to travel for client visits and business prospecting.
