What You Will Do As BI Support Analyst, you will work with cross-functional leaders and product/solution development teams to support & maintain dashboards, reports, data science platforms, ML & data engineering & digital solutions and products.
Key Responsibilities Developing and managing business intelligence support solutions for the organization.Providing reports through office applications to improve business processes and constant communication to stakeholders regarding incidents, issues, and RCA.Collaborating with team members for the purpose of collecting data and executing the company's mission.Analyzing business requirements and processes and recommending them to management and executives for implementation.Creating and maintaining documentation that includes design, requirements, and user manuals for the organization.Identifying development needs to streamline and improve operations for efficiency and profitability.Supporting design, development, and optimizing data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources.Collaborating with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand recurring issues and providing solutions.Using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and other visualization software to create insightful and easy-to-understand reports.Ensuring visualizations are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with business goals.Providing training and support to team members and end-users on best practices in data visualization.What We Are Looking For Proficiency in SQL, Python, and other data manipulation languages.Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, D3.js).Experience with ETL tools and processes.Strong knowledge of data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift).Familiarity with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).Within Data Science – forecast planning and demand and supply planning.Desired Qualifications Excellent communication and presentation skills.General shift mostly but flexible to work in shifts/working hours that align to APAC, EMEA, and US time zones when deployed on specific core projects on a need basis.5+ years of experience across Data Science, visualization, BI tools (Tableau, Power BI).Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Kenvue is an Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity Employer.
