Schedule: M-F 8-4:30
This position is located at our office in Battle Ground, WA.
What Your Day Looks Like: Perform necessary clerical functions to support the Estimating Department.Photocopy and scan for distribution or archiving as needed.Setup bid folders and help manage working bid documents.Download bidding documents and add projects to the bid schedule for new jobs.Send Bid Schedule out every morning - includes checking addenda and mentioning job walks.Schedule job walks.Physically attend Bid Drops and job walks.Reach out to COBID contractors when assigned.Other duties as assigned.More About You: High school diploma or equivalent required.Minimum 3 years previous office experience required.Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets required.Ability to prioritize.Superior attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.The Perks of Working with Us: Excellent benefits, including health, dental, and vision.Invest in your future with our 401k program, 3% match program.Participate in company activities off-site, as one of our Apex core values is FUN!Wage DOE - $20-25 per hour.All candidates who receive an offer of employment are required to undergo a background screen and drug test as a condition of employment.
