Established practice is seeking a BE/BC Urologist to join their team.

$75K Sign-on, $75K Starting incentive, $500K salary + full benefits and $14K moving allowance

This is the only Urology group supporting the 400,000 person service area for this health system

Group has 3 MD's and 1 APP (working to add another APP)

Ambulatory Surgery Center in the same building as office space

Group started in mid 1970's

1:4 call

Will perform surgery in 3 area locations

EPIC EMR systemwide
