Description:
1.) Experience recruiting for 5+ years
understanding how to do Boolean searches and other recruiting techniques (not just recruiting in LinkedIn)
2.) Experience recruiting on roles within the healthcare industry: doctors, nurses, insurance personnel, claims, credentialing, management roles (healthcare payer/provider roles) *MUST HAVE A BACKGROUND IN HEALTHCARE RECRUITING*
3.) Great attitude. Self-starter. Not a lot of supervision required to do well in the role. If there is down time during the day, she wants this person to take initiative to help with whatever tasks that need to be completed
