Marketing Manager: $75,000 - $100,000 + up to 20% bonus
POSITION SUMMARY:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing Bravida Medical's marketing efforts to describe and promote applicable product lines. The position supports both sales and marketing departments and is tasked with ensuring consistent, high-quality communications and marketing efforts that reflect the reputation and brand of Bravida. This role is highly detail-oriented, organized and able to complete tasks accurately and on deadline, have great communication skills in all forms (email, text, social media, and verbal) and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Other responsibilities include product management/marketing, supporting product evaluations and implementations, tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity. To be successful in this role, you should have hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects.
Ultimately, this role helps us build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels.
Essential Functions (ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES):

Product Marketing

Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes in partnership with R&D
Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
Drive product launches including working with executives, and other marketing and sales team members
Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding
Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services
Marketing Communications and Brand
Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis/Responsible for strategic social media campaigns and execution
Produce valuable and engaging content for our website that attracts and converts our target groups
Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors
Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely
Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
Sales Enablement
Management of all "top of the funnel" Sales related Leads - web leads, trade show leads, etc.
Work within collaborative databases such as: Hubspot, Salesforce, Constant Contact, etc.
Responsible for internal newsletters and quarterly customer communication
Management of website updates
Coordination of marketing trade shows and booth as well as customer engagement at shows
Management of sales rosters and maintenance of accurate contact information
Vendor Management: Print and Collateral
Provide administrative support to sales and marketing teams as needed
Qualifications:

Experience

Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn
Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate
Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Education

Minimum of 2 years experience in healthcare marketing, 5 years is ideal
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.

Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills, with the ability to develop and communicate a clear vision and roadmap for the marketing function.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT and PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Travel

Travel 2x per year nationally for leadership and departmental meetings and 1x per month locally for sales support
The role may involve attending patient care settings to provide product support and demonstrations.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet customer requirements.
