The Role:

We're hiring a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team and own a wide range of client-facing responsibilities.

This role is highly entrepreneurial and cross-functional, and the successful candidate will make an immediate and continuous impact on the satisfaction and success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Successfully and consistently deliver ROI and value for our customers by consulting for their business while leveraging Tennr solutions
Help build repeatable processes & tactics to provide our clients with a seamless onboarding experience and a successful partnership which may include driving engagement through user office hours, webinars, and customer facing marketing resources
Lead the knowledge sharing effort derived from the voice of the customer between all departments of our company
Work closely with the implementations, support, engineering, and product teams as a point of escalation for complex issues
Manage renewal engagement, discover and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and potential for long term contracts to maximize customer growth and overall partnership
Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in a customer success or account management role managing complex, high touch accounts
Ability to own, lead & improve the customer journey from onboarding, through implementation and post-launch consultations
Ability to develop cross-functional relationships and establish critical feedback loops
You have experience leading meetings with executive sponsors which may include product training, QBRs, and on-site workshops
You thrive in an unstructured start-up environment (lack of process does not frustrate you)
You're a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset

Compensation

The base salary for this role is expected to be $110,000 - $125,000 per year. In addition, employees at Tennr can expect generous benefits and may be eligible for equity.
