Work for a well-regarded company focused on educational and administrative services in Castleton-On-Hudson, NY as their Lead IT Technical Support Specialist ! This position is a direct hire role.
What you need to know:
Starting Pay: $60,000 - $85,000/year
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (M-F) (1-hour lunch)
100% Onsite role
Travel Requirements: Regional travel to German Town and Hoosick required!

What you need to apply: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field
3 or more years of experience in a direct IT Support role IT Helpdesk experience preferred!
Experience working with vendors and networking a plus!
Experience with installation of computer hardware, and software, LAN & VAN base environment preferred!
Management / Supervisor / or Lead experience a plus!
A typical day as a Lead IT Technical Support Specialist might include: Supporting end users and ensures customer satisfaction; user account creation and maintenance; remote online support; computer system and software maintenance and repair; assists with computer equipment selection, purchasing, and installation; troubleshoots and resolves computing issues; assigns, escalates, and follows-up on trouble tickets.
Ensuring responsiveness and timely communications amongst team.
Coordinating proper scheduling, coverage, and assignment of trouble tickets.
Proactively communicating alerts, notices, and announcements to the appropriate parties.
Creating and delivering technical training to staff, users, and district users.
Provide technical support to staff and faculty for network-related issues and serve as an escalation path for helpdesk technicians.
Collaborate with the IT helpdesk to resolve user-reported problems promptly and efficiently.
