SUMMARY
Family Service League is seeking a full-time Bilingual Administrative Assistant for our School Based Clinic.
The Bilingual Administrative Assistant will perform general administrative and clerical functions, greet clients, enter data, and order supplies.

RESPONSIBILITIES The Bilingual Administrative Assistant will perform general clerical functions including answering phones, scheduling, loading, and confirming appointments, scanning, filing, and reporting to assist the multidisciplinary team with efficiently operating the office.Greet and interact with clients, visitors, and referral sources.Perform electronic data entry and record keeping.Assist supervisory staff with required statistical data collection and reporting.The Bilingual Administrative Assistant will assist with the operation of technology, including phones, computers, copiers/scanners, and fax machines.Assist with monitoring expenses in petty cash and other relevant budgets.Assist with completion of insurance paperwork, including prior authorizations for treatment.Help maintain a positive and productive work environment.The Bilingual Administrative Assistant will provide coverage at other locations as needed.Maintain positive working relationships with others both internally and externally to achieve goals of the organization.Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problems, and make decisions.Work with Office Manager to set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals, and track details, data, information, and activities.All other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Minimum of 2 years of related experience in an office setting required.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, required.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills required.
Bilingual in Spanish required.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule for office coverage.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position requires sitting for long periods of time.
Some light lifting may be required.
