Bilingual Clerk Ii - Wic (New Caney)

Minimum Qualifications:

High school or equivalent.
1-year related experience.


Job Summary:

To perform a variety of responsible clerical tasks utilizing knowledge of office systems and procedures.


Preferred Qualifications:

Bilingual preferred and willing to travel.


Job Duties: Performs varied and complex clerical tasks.
Photocopies materials and compiles as needed.
Distributes materials internally or to other departments which may require walking across campus.
Makes appointments, screens visitors, and answers the telephone.
Inputs data for reports and completes routine office forms.
Adheres to internal controls established for department.
Performs related duties as required.
Salary:

Salary is commensurate with experience.


Work Schedule:

Nights or weekends Latest time in the evening is 6 pm, and occasional weekend work hours required.
Required coverage to other WIC clinics.
