We are looking for a Therapist QMHP Bilingual who exemplifies that mission, and wants to work for an organization that makes a difference.*What will we bring to the table?*· $1000 sign on bonus for full-time· 21-31 days of Paid Time Off plus 8 Paid Holidays· Paid Training· Holiday pay· Tuition Reimbursement after 6 months of employment· Full Benefits including health insurance for employees working 30+ hours/week· 401K with a 3.5% company contribution*What will you be doing?*· Responsible for the provision of case management and counseling services to clients who are diagnosed with persistent mental illness and are Spanish speaking or speak a second language.· Complete daily documentation of mental health services provided in accordance with state and agency standards as applicable· Expected to work with a team of behavioral health service providers within the agency to ensure positive client-centered approach*What will you bring to the table?*· Master's degree in human services· LPC/LSW preferred and/or working toward LCPC/LCSW preferred· 2 evenings required· Full time - 40 hours per week· At least 1 year of experience in behavioral health preferred· Fluent verbal and written Spanish and English, Required*What are the other requirements?*· The use of personal automobile, a valid driver's license, and the minimum amount of liability insurance as defined by AID's Personnel Policy· Drive self and clients in agency or personal vehicle· Must acquire and maintain certifications in First Aid, CPR, Non-violent crisis intervention training, CEU's and other relevant trainings· Must be able to provide therapeutic interventions as appropriate· Covering non-scheduled shifts as needed· Must be able to drive a passenger vehicle· May be required to work multiple locations· Must work one evening shift per weekIf we seem like a good fit, consider joining our growing team of compassionate, hardworking, and caring individuals, and start your path toward a fulfilling career that you can be proud of.
