WeLink is a next-generation wireless internet service provider. We use the latest millimeter wave technology (including our custom radios) and a proprietary and patent-pending approach to network deployment that allows us to deploy fiber-like networks faster and more cost-effectively than anyone else.
We were founded by experienced fixed-wireless veterans and have spent the past couple of years developing technology and refining our approach. We've had paying customers for a year in the Las Vegas metro area. At WeLink, we place a strong emphasis on delivering quality service and maintaining an excellent customer experience. As a result, our customers love our service, and our churn is extremely low.

Job Description
WeLink is looking for a Bilingual Spanish Speaking Customer Care Representative to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Our Customer Care Representative will focus on the needs of customers by managing accounts, addressing billing questions, and providing helpful information. Candidate's should be organized and capable of multitasking.
Essential Job Functions:
Manage customer accounts. Update billing information, answer account questions, provide general service information. Assist with escalated customer concerns and issues. Communicate with customers via phone calls, text messages, and emails.  Update internal ticketing system. Provide world-class customer service.  Experience/Qualifications:
1+ year of previous experience in Customer Care or Customer Service. Previous experience working in an office environment. 1+ year managing customer accounts via phone calls, emails, text messages and internal ticketing systems. Bilingual (English and Spanish) is required. Excellent communication skills. Desire to help customers and go the extra mile to provide resolution. Ability to learn quickly. Creative problem solving. Must be able to work in the office up to 2 days a week at Lehi, UT headquarters. Schedule: M-F, 8am-5pm Benefits
