CornerStone Staffing has partnered with a customer that is a well known beauty brand that is located in the Addison area. CornerStone Staffing is currently recruiting for the following position: Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Rep Location: Addison, TX Pay: $19.35/hr Schedule: Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5pm Mon - Thu is onsite Friday is remote Job Description: The Customer Service Rep will be answering inbound calls in English and Spanish, assisting customer with registration for events and hotels for stays during the events. Will additionally answer emails from customers, and may need to research any questions in the system, and possible reach out to other departments prior to responding to cases. Must strive to provide excellent customer service in both English and Spanish, and maintain service times. Requirements: Bilingual in English and Spanish Skilled in Teams, Word and Excel Hospitality or event planning background is a plus Customer ServiceCall Center experience is highly preferred Application Process Includes: In Person Interview Clerical Assessments Drug testing Background check
