We are excited to offer an opportunity for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in bridging communication between our sales force and corporate offices, ensuring our Franchised Distributors, District Managers, Regional Managers, and Commercial Customers receive exceptional support and service.
Primary Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls regarding automotive tool and toolbox selection, troubleshooting, pricing, availability, and technical specifications primarily from customers in Puerto Rico.
Efficiently manage a high volume of inbound calls from both internal and external sources.
Provide accurate product information, part numbers, application assistance, and troubleshooting support.
Process orders using our internal software systems and offer detailed product specifications found in our online catalog.
Collaborate with team members across departments to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while empathizing with customer concerns.
Job Requirements:
Must be fluent in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English.
Basic proficiency with PCs and familiarity with keyboard usage.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Quick learning ability and adeptness at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
Primary role involves answering phone calls; comfort with continuous phone-based customer interaction is essential.
Location Requirements:
Must be a resident of Ohio with the ability to work remotely and onsite in Stow, OH as per the hybrid work schedule.
