Mom's Meals, the leading national provider of refrigerated home-delivered meals in the healthcare market, is in hyper-growth mode. The Bilingual Customer Service Representative serves as the front line to our Spanish-speaking customers placing meal orders. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients while efficiently and accurately submitting their order. This is a fully remote position. Employees must be located in Idaho, Nevada, Texas or Utah (applicants outside these states will not be considered). The starting wage is $16.00/hour with weekly pay, PTO, and benefits available after 30 days of employment.
Work hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm Mountain Time/7:00am-4:00pm Pacific Time with the potential for overtime.
