As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist , you will be the primary point of contact for the organization's largest clients.

Bilingual Customer Support Specialist Responsibilities: Handle a high volume of inbound calls from clients, providing assistance and support throughout the benefit enrollment process Independently manage the enrollment or benefit change process for clients Troubleshoot any issues related to benefit software to ensure client access and satisfaction Review and distribute electronic communications for clients accurately and efficiently Document and resolve any issues related to enrollment access or administration processes Bilingual Customer Support Specialist Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred Must be bilingual/ fluent in Spanish Previous experience in customer service or client support over the phone is preferred Call center experience is a plus Interest in human resources or the benefits enrollment process Financial experience is a plus but not required Strong oral and written communication skills Excellent attention to detail Ability to type and enter data accurately and efficiently Professional communication skills This is a great opportunity for individuals eager to build their customer service skills while working onsite in a dynamic setting.
