Responsibilities
• Provide onsite face-to-face customer coaching and support• Identify customer health education needs• Collaborate with customers to establish health improvement plans• Support a variety of health and wellness promotional activities• Perform biometric screenings and utilize motivational interviewing techniques• Provide support for health-related site events• Collaborate with matrix partners to support health and wellness strategy
Requirements
• Bilingual in Spanish• Active and unrestricted RN license• Strong clinical skills with at least 3 years of experience• At least 1 year of health coaching/education experience• Current ACLS/BLS/CPR/AED Certification• High energy level with dynamic presentation skills• Positive role model in demonstrating healthy behaviors• Ability to work independently and collaboratively• Proven administrative abilities with strong computer skills
