Doherty is looking for a passionate Bilingual HR Assistant to support the human resources team in Jackson, MN. This role will be working 8:00am-4:30pm, and pay between $20.00-$25.00 based on skills and experience. Interested?
Bilingual Tasks: Provide support for interviews, paperwork, and orientation in both English and Spanish Collaborate with the team including exempt and non-exempt employees to answer questions and find answers to HR tasks Maintain data entry, engagement updates, and changes in the system Assist with recruiting events and advertising Share resumes and applications to hiring managers and coordinate hiring process Maintain employee relations by providing support to employees and managers What we are looking for: 1+ years of industrial HR experience Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations with onboarding experience Fluent in Spanish and English (Bilingual) Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Sponsorship is not available #SMNCareers For questions or further information about the Bilingual HR Assistant position, please apply directly by emailing a resume to , or call/ text Aubrey at for further questions.
