At Quality Fabricators, our Human Resources Specialist oversees our most valuable asset: our people.
They play a critical role in maintaining a positive work environment, facilitating continuous learning, ensuring compliance with policies, and supporting employees.
Here are the key responsibilities:

Job Description Employee Relations and Engagement: Act as an intermediary for employee questions, comments, and concernsCommunicate policies, updates, and organizational changesRespond to benefit-related inquiriesAddress and intermediate conflict when necessaryEnsure employee adherence to company policiesAddress performance and behavior issues and take disciplinary actions HR Systems Management: Maintain up-to-date and legally compliant records Regularly review and update HR policies and procedures Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate payments Administer 401(k) plans, health insurance, and other employee benefits Manage daily attendance Oversee vacation/PTO requests and approvals Oversee the Employee Life Cycle Processes: Manage recruitment processesCoordinate the interviewing of candidatesWork with local partners to place and integrate high school/college apprenticesLead new employee orientation and training programsWork with our training and development partners/programs to support employee development initiatives (workshops, cross-training, coursework, etc.
)Handle terminations and offboarding

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.2-4 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required. Additional Information Salary Range: Between $70-80k
