As an Optima customer support representative, we believe in human-centred, high-quality customer experiences. Using chats, phone calls, and emails as working tools, you'll be there to listen, support, and problem-solve for Optima customers.
We offer full-time inbound customer service roles, where the hours of operations are traditionally between 8am and 8pm, from Monday to Saturday. We are currently seeking full-time candidates.
