This opportunity will provide comprehensive behavioral health for the common conditions seen in primary care such as depression, anxiety, ADD, and conduct disorders in an extended primary care collaborative model.**For Full Time, the pay range for this position is $60k - $75k + medical benefits + PTO****Schedule: sometime in the following ranges: 1-9pm M-F or 9-3pm Sat**Founded in 2006, PM Pediatrics is the nation's largest pediatric urgent care provider as well as a national telehealth company expanding services to meet all of the physical, behavioral, and psychosocial needs of children.DescriptionPerform psychosocial assessments that comply with evidence based practicesProviding counseling and therapy for patients using evidence based treatment modalitiesDisplay competency as an individual, family, and group therapistMaintain own professional development as required by licensing boardComplete required documentation and paperwork, including biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning and implementation in a timely mannerWorks closely with patient and family and team to overcome obstacles in treatmentMaintain compliance with all company policies and proceduresDemonstrates cultural competency and commitmentRespond quickly to an urgent or emergent needMaintain a caseload of 30-35 patients weekly and a minimum of 5 patients dailyIND123QualificationsMaster's Degree in Social Work or a related field requiredBilingual Spanish Speaking required!Relevant therapist license in the state(s) practicing (LMSW- NY)MUST have experience with pediatric and adolescent patientsExperience providing teletherapy to children and adolescents preferredKnowledge of medical terminologyAbility to effectively interact, work, and develop meaningful relationships with people of various cultural backgroundsKnowledge of the psychosocial aspects of illness and healthStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent short-term counseling skillsExperience with discharge planningCompensation:Compensation Dependent Upon Location and ExperienceThe salary/rate range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary/rate for this role.
