OVERVIEW OF YOUR DAILY TASKS: Provide updates to our customers regarding sub-contractor schedulingAssist sub-contractors with any challenges with provided jobs and materialsPromptly and effectively respond to emails Input data into scheduling system, RFMSRecord information accurately after each communication with sub-contractor and/or customersRun reports regarding materials and their status or lack thereof SKILLS/EXPERIENCE TO HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Bilingual (English/Spanish) required both in communication and comprehension (written/spoken/read)Previous Data entry, Microsoft word, outlook and Excel preferred1-2yrs customer service preferredHighschool diploma or GED requiredBackground in construction or dispatch preferred BENEFITS OF WORKING WITH OUR TEAM: Medical, Dental and Vision coverage401KPaid HolidaysVacation and Personal TimeEmployee appreciation events
