Job Summary: LHH is seeking a friendly and organized Bilingual Spanish Receptionist to join our client's small, quiet office in Carson, CA.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
This role is essential in providing a welcoming atmosphere for clients and supporting the administrative needs of our team.
Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner.Answer and direct phone calls in both English and Spanish.Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.Maintain a clean and organized reception area.Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.Respond to inquiries and provide information to clients and staff.Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.Qualifications: Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Friendly and approachable demeanor.High school diploma or equivalent.
