Bilingual Receptionist

Overview:

Poly-America, L.P. is currently seeking a Bilingual Receptionist to join our team at Poly-America.
Poly-America produces several lines of polyethylene products including high quality trash bags, construction and agricultural films.

Responsibilities:
Receptionists at Poly-America are responsible for professionally greeting visitors upon arrival and answering phone calls.
They are also responsible for the day-to-day handling of confidential files, heavy data entry and filing.
The role may involve additional responsibilities and opportunities as they become necessary and/or are assigned by management.

Qualifications:
Bilingual with above average communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work independently and complete work with minimal supervision.
Professionally handling phone calls and administrative duties.
Some experience as a Receptionist is preferred.
