Bilingual (Russian) Early Intervention Service Coordination

Overview:
Join our dedicated team at Star EIP, where we provide vital early intervention services to children ages 0-3 across NYC. We're looking for passionate Service Coordinators to help families navigate the early intervention system and ensure that children receive the services they need to thrive.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate early intervention services for children from birth to age 3.Act as a liaison between families, service providers, and other stakeholders.Develop Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) and ensure timely delivery of services.Monitor and track children's progress and update service plans as needed.Assist families in accessing additional resources, support, and services.Maintain up-to-date documentation and case notes in compliance with regulations. Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Social Work, Psychology, Early Childhood Education, etc.).Experience working in early intervention, special education, or related fields is a plus.Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.Familiarity with NYC early intervention regulations and procedures.Ability to work independently and manage a caseload of multiple families.Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
